Project Governance

Upon project commencement, project governance will be established between the Client and Knowledge Engineers PM’s. A weekly project status meeting will be set up and attended by both the Client and Karsaaz. In advance of each weekly status meeting, Karsaaz will prepare and distribute a written project status report. The report will include:

• Project status by milestone

On a regular basis, the project manager (PM) will gather all raised issues and enter the critical issues into the log in the status reports. The Client’s Project Stakeholder (main POC) and Knowledge Engineers PM may hold regularly scheduled meetings to:

• Review and update the priority, status, etc…of outstanding/ in-progress issues.
• Review and update the priority, status, etc…of newly logged issues.

Provision the necessary resources and tasks to remedy and resolve all issues.
